Title: Erneuerung und Modernisierung der bestehenden Hörfunk-Redaktionsarbeitsplätze im ARD-Hauptstadtstudio
Description: Das Ziel des Projekts ist die Erneuerung und Modernisierung der bestehenden Hörfunk-Redaktionsarbeitsplätze (RedAP) im ARD-Hauptstadtstudio. Dies soll durch die Beschaffung und Integration von Technik für 48 neue Redaktionsarbeitsplätze erfolgen. Dabei müssen die Funktionalitäten des bisherigen RedAP erhalten bleiben, während die zugehörige Peripherie in das bestehende System des HSB integriert und an die Schnittstellen angepasst wird. Der Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) beschafft als Vergabestelle im Auftrag des ARD-Hauptstadtstudios Berlin (HSB) den beschriebenen Liefer- und Leistungsumfang für das Projekt "Erneuerung Redaktionsarbeitsplätze". Information about review deadlines: Die Vergabestelle weist nachfolgend auf die zulässigen Rechtsbehelfe und durch einen Bieter einzuhaltenden Fristen hin. Statthafte Rechtsbehelfe sind gem. §§ 160 ff. GWB die Rüge sowie der Antrag auf Einleitung eines Nachprüfungsverfahrens vor der zuständigen Vergabekammer. Eine Rüge ist an die in Ziffer I.1) genannte Vergabestelle zu richten. Die zuständige Stelle für ein Nachprüfungsverfahren ist in Ziffer VI.4.1) genannt. Der Nachprüfungsantrag ist unzulässig, soweit: 1) der Antragsteller den geltend gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsantrags erkannt und gegenüber dem Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gerügt hat; der Ablauf der Frist nach § 134 Absatz 2 GWB bleibt unberührt, 2) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden, 3) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden, 4) mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind.
