Additional information: Es wird eine Eigenerklärung zur Eignung über die Eintragung in das Berufsregister ihres Sitzes oder Wohnsitzes und zur Mitgliedschaft bei der Berufsgenossenschaft gefordert. Es wird eine Eigenerklärung zur Eignung über den Umsatz des Unternehmens in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, Angaben zu Insolvenzverfahren und Liquidation, die Angabe, dass nachweislich keine schwere Verfehlung begangen wurde, die die Zuverlässigkeit als Bewerber in Frage stellt und Angaben zur Zahlung von Steuern, Abgaben und Beiträgen zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung gefordert. Es wird eine Eigenerklärung zur Eignung über Angaben zu Leistungen, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind und Angaben zu Arbeitskräften gefordert. Außerdem wird eine Eigenerklärung zum EU-Sanktionspaket im Zusammenhang mit dem Angriffskrieg Russlands auf die Ukraine gefordert.
