Description: La fourniture de carburants par cartes accréditives et les prestations annexes destinés aux véhicules du Département de la Drôme. La Fourniture et livraison de badges pour l'accès par télépéage aux réseaux autoroutiers des véhicules du Département de la Drôme Une deuxième consultation est lancée simultanément en procédure adaptée ouverte et concerne le lot 4 (Fourniture de cartes ou badges pour la recharge électrique destinés aux véhicules du Département de la Drôme). La fourniture porte sur des carburants à enlever directement à la pompe, par l'usage de cartes accréditives, formant bons de commande à chaque perception. Si l'offre propose le service lavage ou autres prestations, ceux-ci devront pouvoir être intégré et paramétré sur les cartes servant pour la fourniture de carburants. Les spécifications techniques sont définies dans le CCTP. A charge pour la personne publique de choisir individuellement celles autorisées selon l'usage et la fonction du véhicule attributaire de la carte. La Fourniture et livraison de badges pour l'accès par télépéage aux réseaux autoroutiers des véhicules du Département de la Drôme L'accord-cadre porte sur l'accès par badges sur voies réservées au télépéage sur toutes les autoroutes de la France signalées par un « t ». Sont également incluses dans le présent accord-cadre toutes les infrastructures soumises à péage (tunnels, ports, etc...). Ces accords-cadres relèvent de la catégorie 20 au sens de la directive 2004/18/CE du 31 mars 2004: services annexes et auxiliaires des transports. L'accord-cadre comporte 2 lots distinguant les péages des véhicules légers et ceux des poids lourds. Les 2 lots comportent en outre les services suivants : l'accès à un espace client sécurisé comprenant la gestion des badges, la gestion de parc, la réclamation en ligne et la fourniture d'un relevé mensuel des consommations détaillées
