Description of the options: 9. Vertragslaufzeit und Verlängerungsoptionen Grundlaufzeit: 01.01.2027-31.12.2027 1. Verlängerungsoption: 01.01.2028-31.12.2028 2. Verlängerungsoption: 01.01.2029-31.12.2029 3. Verlängerungsoption: 01.01.2030-31.12.2030 Die Grundlaufzeit des Energieliefervertrages beträgt ein Jahr und beginnt am 01.01.2027 und endet am 31.12.2027. Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, den Vertrag dreimal um jeweils ein weiteres Vertragsjahr zu verlängern. Die Verlängerungsoptionen können jeweils unabhängig voneinander ausgeübt werden. Die maximale Vertragslaufzeit einschließlich sämtlicher Verlängerungsoptionen beträgt somit vier Jahre, längstens bis zum 31.12.2030. Die Ausübung einer Verlängerungsoption erfolgt durch schriftliche Mitteilung des Auftraggebers an den Auftragnehmer spätestens drei Monate vor Ablauf des jeweiligen Vertragsjahres. Wird die Verlängerungsoption nicht fristgerecht ausgeübt, endet der Vertrag mit Ablauf des jeweiligen Vertragsjahres, ohne dass es einer gesonderten Kündigung bedarf. Die Verlängerung erfolgt zu den im Vertrag festgelegten Bedingungen. Die für das jeweilige Folgejahr prognostizierten Verbrauchsmengen werden dem Auftraggeber rechtzeitig mitgeteilt und bilden die Grundlage für die weitere Beschaffungsplanung.
