Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory economic implementation ability.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.

Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent framework agreements.

An overview of a maximum of 4 of the primary relevant reference assignments implemented during the last five years, including information about:

Tenderers must have environmental management certification.

Documentation of certification in accordance with EMAS, ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-lighthouse].

If the tenderer does not have such certification, other documentation for an equivalent environmental management system will be accepted.
