Title: Selección de suministradores y establecimiento de las bases que regirán en los contratos de suministro de ordenadores y tabletas que realice la UZ derivados de este Acuerdo Marco, en 2 lotes: Lote 1: ordenadores personales con sistema operativo macOS y Lote 2: tabletas con sistema operativo IOS.
Description: Las denominadas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) se desarrollaron a finales del siglo pasado y son herramientas de amplia utilización desde 1995. En el entorno universitario puede afirmarse que son herramientas de utilización global (por todos los universitarios) desde finales de la década de los 90 del siglo pasado. Desde esas fechas ya no se entiende, ni puede desarrollarse normalmente, la actividad de ningún universitario (ya sea PDI, estudiante o PTGAS) sin utilizar el correo electrónico o el acceso a información a través de web, o la docencia sin las utilidades del campus virtual, etc. Y día a día van incorporándose nuevas aplicaciones que mejoran y facilitan el trabajo cotidiano de los universitarios (videoconferencia, herramientas de trabajo colaborativo, etc.) Consecuencia directa de este cambio en las condiciones de trabajo de los universitarios es que una (si no la primera) de las herramientas básicas del puesto de trabajo de cualquier universitario es su ordenador personal y sus dispositivos móviles; máquinas a través de las cuales pueden utilizarse esas herramientas de trabajo sin las que no puede desarrollarse la actividad cotidiana. La Universidad de Zaragoza precisa, por tanto, adquirir ordenadores personales y dispositivos móviles para su uso en todos sus ámbitos de actuación: docencia, investigación y gestión universitaria. Dentro de cada uno de estos ámbitos (en especial en docencia e investigación) las necesidades no son uniformes puesto que los entornos de trabajo son muy diferentes (filosofía, derecho, informática, etc.). Por otro lado, es muy difícil (por no decir imposible) planificar con suficiente antelación las necesidades de cada grupo puesto que las fuentes de financiación son diversas y no predecibles con antelación. El acuerdo marco es la forma idónea para cubrir las necesidades de la universidad puesto que permite homogeneizar las compras permitiendo que cada unidad las realice cuando sea necesario. El procedimiento está subdividido en 2 lotes: 1. Lote 1 dedicado a la adquisición de ordenadores personales con sistema operativo macOS, sus periféricos y accesorios. 2. Lote 2 incluye las tabletas (tablets en terminología inglesa) con sistema operativo IOS, cada vez de más utilización por su transportabilidad
