Information about review deadlines: Möchte ein Unternehmen einen Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften geltend machen, so hat es diese innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen ab Kenntnis gegenüber der Auftraggeberin zu rügen. Teilt die Auftraggeberin dem Unternehmen mit, dass sie der Rüge nicht abhelfen werde, so kann das Unternehmen innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang dieser Mitteilung einen schriftlichen Antrag auf Nachprüfung bei der zuständigen Vergabekammer stellen (§ 160 Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB)).
