-	Verlängerung der Umsetzung der einzelnen Bauabschnitte infolge gestiegener technischer und konstruktiver Anforderungen (Binnenentwässerung, Wasserhaltung, bauzeitlicher Rückbau Treppenanlage Oberbrücke)
