Description: Hankintayksikkö on pyytänyt tarjousta VMS-järjestelmästä ja valvontakameroista tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankintakohteena oli VMS-järjestelmä ja valvontakamerat sekä näitä koskeva asiantuntijapalvelu. Kilpailun voittajan valintaperusteena pidettiin VMS-järjestelmän sekä valvontakameroiden kokonaishintaa, joka muodostuu tarjottavien tuotteiden ja palveluiden hankinnoista sopimuskauden (2026 – 2030) aikana. Tuotteiden ja palveluiden menekin arvio perustui tämänhetkiseen näkemykseen ja rahoitustilanteeseen. Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään hankintamäärään. Hyväksyttävässä tarjouksessa yksikköhinta tulee esittää kaikille pyydetyille tuotteille ja palveluille. Tarjoajan tuli tarjota kaikkia pyydettyjä tuotteita ja palveluita. DPS:n sisäinen kilpailutus on tehty luokassa 3 Kameravalvontajärjestelmät. Asiakas valitsi dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella toimittajan ja teki voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa hankintasopimuksen. Hankintasopimusmalli oli tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Hankittavien palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset ja asiantuntijoille asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.12.2030 saakka, ellei sitä keskeytetä aikaisemmin.
