Description of selection criterion: Zur Bestätigung der Eigenerklärung wird bei Bedarf die Zahl der in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren jahresdurchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte gegliedert nach Lohngruppen mit extra ausgewiesenem Leitungspersonal angefordert.

Description of selection criterion: Zur Bestätigung der Eigenerklärung wird bei Bedarf eine qualifizierte Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung der Berufsgenossenschaft des für Sie zuständigen Versicherungsträgers mit Angabe der Lohnsummen; Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung der tariflichen Sozialkasse, Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung des Finanzamtes bzw. Bescheinigung in Steuersachen sowie eine Freistellungsbescheinigung nach § 48b EStG; Bestätigung eines vereidigten Wirtschaftsprüfers/Steuerberaters oder entsprechend testierte Jahresabschlüsse oder entsprechend testierte Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen benötigt. Ab einem geschätzten Auftragswert von 30.000 Euro wird der Auftraggeber für den Bieter, auf dessen Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt werden soll, einen Auszug aus dem Wettbewerbsregister gem. § 6 WRegG bei der Registerbehörde anfordern. Zudem ist eine Abgabe einer Eigenerklärung bezüglich Angaben zu Insolvenzverfahren und Liquidation erforderlich.
