Additional information: Εγγύηση Συμμετοχής: Για την έγκυρη συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία σύναψης της παρούσας σύμβασης, κατατίθεται από τους συμμετέχοντες οικονομικούς φορείς (προσφέροντες), εγγυητική επιστολή συμμετοχής (2%), ποσού εκατό είκοσι τριών χιλιάδων διακοσιών ευρώ (123.200,00 €). Εγγύηση Καλής Εκτέλεσης: Για την υπογραφή της σύμβασης απαιτείται η παροχή εγγύησης καλής εκτέλεσης, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 72 παρ. 4 του ν. 4412/2016, το ύψος της οποίας ανέρχεται σε ποσοστό 4% επί της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης ή του τμήματος της σύμβασης, χωρίς να συμπεριλαμβάνονται τα δικαιώματα προαίρεσης και κατατίθεται μέχρι και την υπογραφή του συμφωνητικού. Τροποποίηση σύμβασης κατά την διάρκειά της: Η σύμβαση μπορεί να τροποποιείται κατά τη διάρκειά της, χωρίς να απαιτείται νέα διαδικασία σύναψης σύμβασης, μόνο σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του άρθρου 132 του ν. 4412/2016 και κατόπιν γνωμοδότησης της Επιτροπής της περ. β΄ της παρ. 11 του άρθρου 221 του ν. 4412/2016. Αναπροσαρμογή τιμής: Προβλέπεται ρήτρα αναπαροσαρμογής της τιμής ως ορίζεται στην παρ. 6.5. της οικείας Διακήρυξης.
