Description: De opdracht heeft tot doel een betrouwbare, discrete, flexibele en hoogwaardige vervoersdienst te verzekeren voor directieleden van VRT. De opdrachtnemer staat in voor het ter beschikking stellen van professionele, ervaren chauffeurs en representatieve voertuigen voor zowel vooraf geplande als adhocverplaatsingen. De dienstverlening omvat het veilig, stipt en comfortabel vervoeren van de betrokken directieleden, met bijzondere aandacht voor discretie, vertrouwelijkheid, flexibiliteit en een klantgerichte dienstverlening. Alle ritten in het kader van deze opdracht dienen te worden uitgevoerd met een voertuig dat gerechtigd is om gebruik te maken van de taxistrook en beschikt over een geldige T-plaat. De opdrachtnemer moet kunnen inspelen op wisselende agenda's en onverwachte verplaatsingsbehoeften, waarbij een hoge beschikbaarheid en continuïteit van de dienstverlening worden gegarandeerd.
