J. Kurtyki 1 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest całoroczne kompleksowe utrzymanie terenu w obiektach Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej – Komisji Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu w Warszawie przy ul. Janusza Kurtyki 1. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 2.1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę przez wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę co najmniej jednej osoby, która będzie wykonywać czynności związane z realizacją niniejszego zamówienia tj. czynności polegające na wykonywaniu nadzoru nad pracą personelu Wykonawcy (koordynatora) - dla każdej części. 4.
