Α.Ε. διατηρεί δικαίωμα προαίρεσης έως του ποσού των είκοσι χιλιάδων ευρώ (20.000,00€) πλέον του αναλογούντος Φ.Π.Α, το οποίο αφορά σε προμήθεια 1.250 μέτρων καλωδίων, επιπλέον των 5.500 μέτρων καλωδίων που έχουν προμετρηθεί. Το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης ενεργοποιείται εφάπαξ ή τμηματικά, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε., κατόπιν μονομερούς δήλωσής της, που κοινοποιείται στον ανάδοχο σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα πριν προκύψει η σχετική αναγκαιότητα, κατόπιν αιτήματος της αρμόδιας οργανωτικής μονάδας και εισήγησης του/των Διαχειριστή/ών της Σύμβασης καθώς και της έγκρισης από το αποφαινόμενο όργανο.
