Description: Naročnik obvešča gospodarske subjekte, da se dokumentacija v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila dopolni z: navedbo: - z navedbo, da se javno naročilo izvaja v okviru operacije »Izgradnja vodovoda Lendava–Pince s telemetrijo A«, ter z navedbo virov sofinanciranja navedene operacije; - s tehničnim poročilom in grafičnimi prilogami, objavljenimi skupaj s tem obvestilom. Operacija »Izgradnja vodovoda Lendava–Pince s telemetrijo A« je vključena v Dogovor za razvoj Pomurske razvojne regije ter se izvaja v okviru Programa evropske kohezijske politike v obdobju 2021–2027 v Sloveniji, v okviru cilja politike CP 2: Bolj zelena, nizkoogljična Evropa, in specifičnega cilja RSO2.5: Spodbujanje dostopa do vode in trajnostnega gospodarjenja z vodnimi viri. Operacijo sofinancirata Evropska unija iz Kohezijskega sklada in Republika Slovenija. Tehnično poročilo in grafične priloge, objavljeni skupaj s tem obvestilom, so sestavni del dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Gospodarski subjekti jih morajo upoštevati pri pripravi ponudbe. V primeru morebitnih nejasnosti, neskladij ali potreb po dodatnih pojasnilih v zvezi s tehničnim poročilom, grafičnimi prilogami ali drugimi deli dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila lahko gospodarski subjekti postavijo vprašanje prek Portala javnih naročil, in sicer v roku, določenem v objavi oziroma dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Naročnik podaljšuje tudi rok za vprašanja ponudnikov. Vsa druga določila dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila ostanejo nespremenjena.
