Assessment of experience
The Applicant’s experience will be based on the information submitted in accordance with Section 3.3.4.1 and will be an overall assessment of 
a)	Similarity to the Contract, including the following elements: 
-	applied method: seabirds (vessel-based monitoring, visual observation, etc.); 
-	migratory birds (radar-based monitoring), band modelling, data processing etc; 
-	bats activity (bats recording, data processing etc.), bats collision; 
-	reporting and data interpretation, seasonal coverage, monitoring program de-scription preparation, work planning etc. 
-	regional bird species detection and observation – present in the Baltic Sea region
b)	Project commencement time and confirmation of scope being delivered and approved;
