Title: Raamovereenkomst schoonmaak van lokalen, ramen en uithangborden
Description: De opdracht omvat het dagelijks en periodiek onderhoud van de kantoren van Solidaris Oost-Vlaanderen. Ook het wassen van de ramen, de raamkozijnen en het schoonmaken van de uithangborden behoren tot de gevraagde dienstverlening. De opdracht bevat een 23-tal sites waar de schoonmaak wordt uitbesteed aan de opdrachtnemer. Voor deze kantoren voorziet de opdrachtnemer in een vast schoonmaakprogramma. In aanvulling worden nog een 13-tal kantoren bijgevoegd, waarbij schoonmaak mogelijk is op afroep. Deze worden momenteel in eigen beheer van de opdrachtgever schoongemaakt. Er kan beroep gedaan worden op de opdrachtnemer voor bijvoorbeeld een vervanging van een personeelslid van de opdrachtgever.
