Description of the options: a) Modifiche del contratto ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 1, lettera a) del Codice: L’Ente appaltante si riserva la facoltà di disporre, per una sola volta, un incremento delle prestazioni e dell’importo contrattuale fino al 20%. Tale facoltà potrà essere esercitata in prossimità della scadenza del periodo contrattuale iniziale di 24 mesi, qualora non sia disposta la proroga, ovvero in prossimità della scadenza del complessivo periodo di 36 mesi, qualora la proroga sia stata esercitata. L’appaltatore sarà tenuto a eseguire le prestazioni corrispondenti a tale incremento alle medesime condizioni economiche, tecniche e contrattuali previste dal contratto principale. b) Opzione di proroga del contratto ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 10 del Codice: l’Ente appaltante si riserva di prorogare il contratto per ulteriori 12 (dodici) mesi, ai prezzi, patti e condizioni stabiliti nel contratto ovvero alle condizioni di mercato ove più favorevoli per la stazione appaltante.
