Description: Hankinnan kohteena ovat perusterveydenhuollon ja erikoissairaanhoidon hammastekniset työt Pohteen alueella. Hankinta on jaettu seuraaviin osiin: • Osa 1 Oikomiskojeet • Osa 2 Kiinteä protetiikka • Osa 3 Irtoprotetiikka • Osa 4 Purentakiskot • Osa 5 Uniapneakojeet • Osa 6 Muut uniapneakojeet • Osa 7 Erikoishammasteknikon palvelut Palveluntuottajan tulee tarjouksellaan ilmoittaa mihin alueelle (alueet 1–5) tarjous kohdentuu. Palveluntuottaja voi nimetä yhden tai useamman alueen, jolle tuottaa palvelua. Ilmoitus on sitova, eikä sitä voi muuttaa kesken sopimuskauden. 1. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden lisäksi hankinnassa on kaksi optiota ajalle 1.1.2029–31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030–31.12.2030. TEKNINEN NEUVONTATILAISUUS Hankinnassa käytetään menettelynä osallistavaa tarjouskilpailua (hankintalaissa § 44-48). Hankintayksikkö järjestää teknisen neuvontatilaisuuden keskiviikkona 7.10.2026 klo 14.00 - 14.30. Main features of the procedure: Hankinta toteutetaan hankintalain liitteen E mukaisena sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankintana. Hankintaan sovelletaan hankintalain 12 luvun säännöksiä ja 3 §:n mukaisia hankintojen yleisiä periaatteita. Tarjousvertailun perusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus siten, että tarjottua hintaa vertaillaan 100 %:lla. Tarjousvertailuun ei ole otettu mukaan lisälaatupisteytystä, koska hankinnan kohteena olevan palvelun vähimmäislaatu on kuvattu tarkasti tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevalla palvelukuvauksella eikä lisälaatu vertailussa tuo vähimmäisvaatimusten ylittävää lisäarvoa palvelun sisältöön. Tilaaja käsittelee tarjoukset seuraavasti: - alustavien tarjousten vähimmäisvaatimusten täyttymisen ja tarjouspyynnön mukaisuuden tarkastus, - osallistavan tarjouskilpailun kutsun lähettäminen mukaan hyväksytyille palveluntuottajille, - tarjoajien valinta ja tarjousvertailuun perustuva hankintapäätös ja sen tiedoksi antaminen sekä - sopimusten tekeminen odotusajan jälkeen tai kun Markkinaoikeus on antanut täytäntöönpanoluvan. Tarjoaja vastaa siitä, että tarjous on tarjouspyynnön ja siinä esitettyjen vaatimusten mukainen. Hankintayksikön on suljettava tarjouspyyntöä tai tarjousmenettelyn ehtoja vastaamattomat tarjoukset tarjouskilpailusta. Myöhästynyttä tarjousta ei oteta huomioon. Hankinta toteutetaan osallistavana tarjouskilpailuna, joka on kuvattu liitteessä Osallistavan tarjouskilpailun kuvaus.
