Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: De maximale looptijd van acht (8) jaar is gekozen vanwege het belang van continuïteit en het opbouwen van een duurzame samenwerking tussen Opdrachtgever en Leverancier. De implementatie en optimalisatie van de schoonmaakdienstverlening vragen aan beide zijden om investeringen in tijd, processen, personeel en contractmanagement. Een langere potentiële looptijd biedt ruimte om deze investeringen terug te verdienen en de dienstverlening gezamenlijk verder te ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren. Daarnaast worden hiermee de administratieve lasten en proceskosten van frequent opnieuw aanbesteden beperkt. De verlengingsopties worden uitsluitend door Opdrachtgever uitgeoefend wanneer de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en de samenwerking daartoe aanleiding geven.
