Short description
Exploatarea zacamintelor de titei si gaze ocupa un rol important in cadrul activitatilor desfasurate la nivelul Entitatii Contractante.
Datorita unor impuritati puternic corozive care exista in unele tipuri de titeiuri extrase din unele zacaminte, este necesar la transportul acestora folosirea tevilor din GRE.
Produsele care fac obiectul Caietului de Sarcini sunt prezentate in Anexa 2 a acestuia, iar achizitia acestora este necesara pentru transportul titeiului, gazelor si a apei sarate.
Se estimeaza ca pe durata de valabilitate a Acordului Cadru sa fie atribuite un numar de aproximativ 24 Contracte Subsecvente (aproximativ 6 Contracte Subsecvente pe an).
Primul Contract subsecvent se estimeaza a fi atribuit in primele 2 luni de la data semnarii Acordului Cadru.
In masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare pana in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29, alin. 3) din HG 394/2016.

Main site or place of performance: Produsele se vor livra in locatiile OMV Petrom mentionate in Caietul de sarcini - Locatii de livrare Produse. Locatia de livrare se va preciza in momentul emiterii fiecarei comenzii, din cadrul contractelor subsecvente. Conditia de livrare este DDP conform Incoterms 2010. Transportul pana la locatia de livrare se va face respectandu-se reglementarile legislative in vigoare.
