Short description
In cadrul activitatilor desfasurate in OMV Petrom, toate fluidele sunt transportate prin intermediul unor retele de conducte; in Upstream este operata o retea importanta de conducte care numara peste 10.000 km. In contextul descris, efectuarea inspectiilor conductelor aflate in exploatare este esentiala pentru o mai buna intelegere a starii tehnice a retelei de conducte a OMV Petrom si, prin urmare, pentru o mai buna gestionare a activitatilor care vizeaza mentinere integritatii conductelor.
In masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29, alin. 3) din HG 394/2016.
