Description of selection criterion: De Kandidaat-opdrachtnemer moet een of meerdere referenties aanleveren van opdrachten die geheel of gedeeltelijk werden uitgevoerd gedurende de afgelopen drie jaar (1). Deze referenties moeten betrekking hebben op het onderzoeken van minstens 50 waterige monsters op de 19 gidsstoffen uit tabel 1 Gidsstoffen met bijhorende rapportagegrenzen uit het “Koepelvoorschrift bepaling verwijderingsrendement medicijnresten RWZI-afvalwater” van STOWA (rapport 2021-15), volgens de daarin vermelde methoden voor monstertransport, conservering, monstervoorbewerking, analyse en rapportage van analyseresultaten. (1) Hiermee wordt bedoeld dat de referenties betrekking moeten hebben op opdrachten die geheel of gedeeltelijk werden uitgevoerd in de afgelopen drie jaar, te rekenen vanaf de openingsdatum van de offertes. Voorbeeld: de openingsdatum van de offertes is 01/10/2026. De referteperiode loopt dan van 01/10/2023 tot en met 30/09/2026. Een opdracht die startte op 01/01/2020 en eindigde op 15/11/2023 komt in aanmerking, aangezien zij gedeeltelijk werd uitgevoerd binnen de referteperiode. Een opdracht die volledig werd beëindigd vóór 01/10/2023 komt niet in aanmerking. Een opdracht die nog loopt op de openingsdatum van de offertes komt eveneens in aanmerking, voor zover zij binnen de referteperiode werd uitgevoerd. Minimumeisen: Voor elke referentie dient de kandidaat-opdrachtnemer minstens volgende details op te geven: • het aantal waterige monsters die op de 19 gidsstoffen onderzocht werden; • de publieke- of privaatrechtelijke instanties waarvoor de diensten werden uitgevoerd, met vermelding van de contactpersoon en de contactgegevens van deze contactpersoon; • de periode waarbinnen deze diensten werden uitgevoerd; • een attest van tevredenheid van uitvoering ondertekend door de medewerker van de publieke- of privaatrechtelijke instanties die bij de uitvoering van de opdracht betrokken is.
