The bidder cannot request that proposed deviations will be reflected in the final insurance terms and conditions. One prequalification criterion is that all these bidders aiming for a leading role will offer a minimum share of 15 %. Process for selection of bidders based on their first indicative offers for participation in negotiations: We reserve the right, just to negotiate with a limited number of 5 bidders about future insurance terms and conditions. If more than 5 bidders are aiming for a leading role, we will select the bidders based on the following criteria: Premium rate: 50 points Wording: 40 points Offered share: 10 points After negotiations with potential leading insurers about insurance terms and conditions these bidders will be asked for their binding final offer. The decision for the leading share can be amended to an application for a participation share during the initial tender phase after receiving the risk information along with the indicative offer. Applications for the leading share which are not considered will automatically participate in the request for participating shares.
