Faza: I. stolpič, garaže, infrastruktura 3. Faza: II. stolpič V prvi fazi, ki je predmet tega naročila, se izvede globoko temeljenje. Rok za izvedbo vseh del je 120 koledarskih dni po podpisu pogodbe. Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz projektne dokumentacije (PZI) in Specifikacije predračuna (popisov del). Ponudniki na razpisu ponujajo dela, opisana v popisu del. Projektna dokumentacija zunanje ureditve zajema tudi načrt kanalizacije, kar pa ni predmet trenutne faze izgradnje in se bo izvajalo v naslednjih fazah. Zaledna meteorna voda se vodi do potoka Koren v odprtem jarku.
