Les deux lots restants ont fait l'objet d'une déclaration sans suite : l'un pour motif d'infructuosité et l'autre pour motif d'intérêt général. Le Siel-Te Loire a donc relancé une nouvelle consultation en appel d'offres ouvert conformément à l'article R. 2124-2 1° du Code de la commande publique.
