Title: Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van bolgewassen, kruid- en houtachtigen en grassen 2027-2030
Description: Het lokaal bestuur Dendermonde koopt jaarlijks voor verschillende locaties plantmateriaal. Om de aankoop en levering efficiënter te laten verlopen wenst zij een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de aankoop ervan. De raamovereenkomst is opgedeeld in 2 percelen: - Perceel 1: Vaste planten en bolgewassen - Perceel 2: Houtachtige gewassen - Perceel 3: Graszaden en bloemenmengsels Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst. De inschrijver deelt een kortingspercentage mee dat van toepassing is op de catalogusprijzen die hij hanteert. Goedkeuring wordt per perceel verleend aan de hand van een vooropgestelde lijst met courante artikelen. Op basis van deze artikellijst zullen de prijzen met elkaar vergeleken worden. Om te voorkomen dat de prijszetting wordt beïnvloed door specifieke artikelen in prijs te verlagen zullen wij de courante artikelen niet meedelen bij de opdracht. De lijst is voorafgaand opgemaakt en goedgekeurd door het college van burgemeester en schepenen. Aanvullend op de courante artikelen worden ook post 1 en post 2 uit de meetstaat met betrekking tot de transportkosten opgenomen in de berekening. De producten dienen geleverd te worden of kunnen worden afgehaald door de aanbestedende overheid bij de leverancier. Het standaardleveradres is: Technisch Centrum 1, Hoogveld 28, 9200 Dendermonde, tenzij de aanbestedende overheid een ander afleveradres specificeert. Leveringen kunnen enkel plaatsvinden tijdens de werkuren, i.e. 8.00u – 16.00u. Belangrijk: het betreft hier geen exclusiviteitscontract: de aanbestedende overheid is niet verplicht om alle opdrachten voor de aankoop van plantmateriaal aan de gekozen inschrijver toe te wijzen. Bij het opstellen van de lastvoorwaarden van deze opdracht beschikt de aanbestedende overheid nog niet over de exact benodigde hoeveelheden , daarom is het totale bedrag van de opdracht op voorhand niet bepaald. Bestellingen worden geplaatst volgens de nood van het aanbestedende bestuur. De leverancier kan in geen enkel geval een schadevergoeding eisen op basis van het uiteindelijke gespendeerde bedrag. Alle kosten worden beschouwd als zijnde opgenomen in de catalogusprijzen (voor facturatie verrekend met de opgegeven korting binnen dit dossier). II.1 Vast kortingspercentage Het kortingspercentage dat de inschrijver dient op te geven is van toepassing op de artikelen die de aanbestedende overheid bestelt en worden verrekend op de catalogusprijzen. De korting loopt gedurende de hele duurtijd van de opdracht. II.2 Nazicht van de levering Alle gewassen worden onmiddellijk bij de levering ter plaatse gekeurd. De opdrachtnemer laat steeds bij elke levering de dag en uur van levering weten aan de leidend ambtenaar of zijn aangestelde afgevaardigde. De leverancier is gehouden tot het vervangen, op zijn kosten, van alle afgekeurde geleverde gewassen. Indien planten worden afgekeurd dient binnen de 48 uur een nieuwe levering met vervangende planten aangeboden te worden. Bij verzuim behoudt het lokaal bestuur zich het recht voor de vervangingen te laten leveren door een andere firma, op kosten, lasten en risico van de binnen deze opdracht aangestelde leverancier. In de voormelde vervangingen zijn niet alleen begrepen de leveringen, maar ook alle prestaties en onkosten voor het weghalen van en het terugbrengen naar het depot van lokaal bestuur Dendermonde, dit alles op risico van de leverancier. Exclusiviteit: Deze overheidsopdracht verleent geen exclusiviteitsrecht in hoofde van de leverancier. Het opdrachtgevend bestuur kan aanvullend andere planten aankopen bij externe leveranciers.
