Tale limite non si applicherà a quei lotti per i quali sarà presente una sola offerta valida. Il valore stimato dell’appalto è pari a Euro 95.170.615,19, al netto di IVA e accise nonché dei costi della sicurezza dovuti a rischi da interferenze che saranno quantificati dalle singole Amministrazioni in sede di contratto attuativo. Il massimale della gara, espresso in quantità, è pari a Litri 147.200.000. La Consip, prima del decorso del termine di durata della Convenzione, si riserva di incrementare tale massimale alle stesse condizioni, fino a concorrenza del 30%, secondo quanto previsto dalla documentazione di gara. Pertanto, il valore globale stimato dell’appalto è pari ad Euro 123.721.799,75, al netto di IVA e accise nonché degli oneri per la sicurezza dovuti a rischi da interferenze; il quantitativo massimo globale dell’appalto è pari a Litri 191.360.000. È consentito il subappalto con le modalità indicate nel Disciplinare di gara. Come meglio specificato nel Disciplinare, agli operatori sarà chiesto di produrre: i) garanzia provvisoria ai sensi dell’art. 106 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, ii) garanzie definitive ai sensi dell’art. 117 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023; iii) idonea copertura assicurativa, per le garanzie individuate nella documentazione di gara, attinenti allo svolgimento di tutte le attività oggetto della Convenzione e dei singoli contratti di fornitura. Tutti i termini indicati in “ore” nel presente bando e nella documentazione di gara si intendono riferiti all’ora italiana. Si specifica che gli operatori devono essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti di: - ordine generale (cfr. artt. 94 e 95 D.
