Description: Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια 326.862,21 λίτρων πετρελαίου θέρμανσης και κίνησης (Οι ποσότητες είναι ενδεικτικές). Πιο αναλυτικά 272.862,21 λίτρα πετρελαίου θέρμανσης και 54.000,00 λίτρα πετρελαίου κίνησης για τα έτη 2026-2028, στις εγκαταστάσεις του Κολυμβητηρίου του ΕΑΚΗ. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσεται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 09135100-5 Πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης& 09134200-9 Πετρέλαιο κίνησης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 578.000,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ Προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 466.129,03 € . Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται από την υπογραφή της και για δύο (2) έτη ή έως εξαντλήσεως του φυσικού ή οικονομικού της αντικειμένου. Ο εκτιμώμενος προϋπολογισμός για τη Προμήθεια πετρελαίου θέρμανσης και κίνησης για τις εγκαταστάσεις του κολυμβητήριου του Ε.Α.Κ.Η την ως άνω περίοδο της σύμβασης υπολογίζεται στο ποσό των 578.000,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% (Προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 466.129,03 € (πιο αναλυτικά για τη προμήθεια πετρελαίου θέρμανσης 477.236,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% και για τη προμήθεια πετρελαίου κίνησης το ποσό των 100.764,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% ). Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η παρούσα σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται στα κάτωθι τμήματα : ΤΜΗΜΑ 1 : «09135100-5 Πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης.», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 477.236,00 με ΦΠΑ 24% ΤΜΗΜΑ 2 : «09134100-9 Πετρέλαιο κίνησης», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 100.764,00 με ΦΠΑ 24%. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο της σύμβασης Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής, δηλαδή το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό (%), επί της νόμιμα διαμορφούμενης κάθε φορά μέσης λιανικής τιμής πώλησης ανά λίτρο πετρελαίου θέρμανσης και κίνησης, στο Νομό Ηρακλείου, κατά την ημέρα παράδοσης κάθε ποσότητας, όπως η μέση λιανική τιμή προκύπτει από το Παρατηρητήριο Τιμών Υγρών Καυσίμων του Υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης και Ανταγωνιστικότητας (www.fuelprices.gr).
