Information about review deadlines: La CPAM et le titulaire s’efforceront de régler à l’amiable tout différent éventuel relatif à l’interprétation des stipulations des prestations du marché. Tout différent entre le titulaire et la CPAM doit faire l’objet, de la part du titulaire, d’un mémoire de réclamation exposant les motifs et indiquant, le cas échéant, le montant des sommes réclamées. Ce mémoire doit être communiqué à la CPAM concernée dans un délai de deux (2) mois, à compter du jour où le différent est apparu, sous peine de forclusion. La CPAM dispose d’un délai de deux (2) mois, à compter de la réception du mémoire de réclamation, pour notifier sa décision. L’absence de décision dans ce délai vaut rejet de la réclamation.
