Additional information: Le contenu des candidatures est listé dans le Rapc. Le chiffre d'affaires minimum annuel du groupement ne devra pas être inférieur à 7 Millions d'euros dans le domaine de collecte des déchets ménagers et assimilés sur chacune des 3 dernières années. Les candidatures seront analysées au regard des critères suivants : - Garanties professionnelles (35 %) appréciées au regard de la qualité et de la pertinence des références en lien avec l'objet du marché; - Garanties techniques (35 %) au regard des moyens humains et matériels du candidat (entreprise seule ou groupement) - Garanties économiques et financières (30 %) appréciées au regard du chiffre d'affaires des 3 dernières années dans les domaines de la collecte. En cas de groupement, c'est le chiffre d'affaires de l'ensemble du groupement qui sera pris en compte. Il sera analysé, à travers ce chiffre d'affaires, la capacité financière du candidat à exécuter le marché. Le nombre de candidats retenus pour la « phase offre » à l'issue de la phase de candidature : Minimum : 3 (sous réserve d'un nombre de candidats suffisant) Maximum : 5 Seuls les candidats sélectionnés pour la phase offre seront invités à réaliser une visite de site tel qu'indiqué dans le Rapc. Si le nombre de 3 candidats n'est pas atteint, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra néanmoins poursuivre la procédure avec les candidats ayant les capacités requises. Dans le cas où un candidat remettrait un dossier d'offre en phase de candidature, celui-ci ne sera pas analysé et à nouveau demandé en phase offre si sa candidature est agréée
