Description: .- INTRODUCCIÓN Y FINALIDAD El Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé organiza y colabora en actividades de carácter educativo, cultural, deportivo, institucional y social que requieren, con carácter puntual y a demanda, el traslado colectivo de personas dentro del municipio y a otros puntos de la isla de Lanzarote. Al no disponer la Administración de medios materiales y humanos suficientes para cubrir estas necesidades con recursos propios, resulta necesaria la contratación de un servicio externo de transporte discrecional de viajeros. El presente Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPTP) define las condiciones técnicas mínimas de ejecución del servicio, la tipología de vehículos, las modalidades de prestación, los requisitos de seguridad, accesibilidad, coordinación, solicitud, control y facturación, así como los precios unitarios máximos de licitación. 2.- OBJETO DEL CONTRATO El objeto del contrato es la prestación, a demanda del Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé, de servicios de transporte terrestre discrecional de viajeros mediante vehículos con conductor, destinados principalmente a estudiantes, participantes en actividades municipales, colectivos sociales y personas asistentes a eventos organizados, promovidos o apoyados por el Ayuntamiento. La prestación comprenderá todos los medios personales, materiales, técnicos, autorizaciones, seguros, combustible, mantenimiento, desplazamientos en vacío y demás costes necesarios para ejecutar cada servicio en las condiciones establecidas en este PPTP y en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares (PCAP).
