Title: Työ- ja suojavaatteiden hankinta 2026-2030
Description: Hankinnan kohteena ovat Senaatti konsernin työ- ja suojavaatteet sekä niihin liittyvät palvelut. Toimittajalta hankitaan konsernin eri tehtävissä käytettävät työ- ja suojavaatteet, niiden toimitus, sovitus- ja mittauspalvelut sekä tarvittavat pienet korjaus- ja muutostyöt (esim. lahkeiden lyhennykset). Vaatteet hankitaan toimittajan valmiista mallistoista, ja niihin toteutetaan konsernin yrityskohtainen profilointi (esim. painatukset ja brodeeraukset). Suojavaatteiden tulee täyttää työtehtävien edellyttämät suojausvaatimukset, ja työvaatteiden tulee soveltua puhtaanapito- ja kiinteistöpalveluiden käyttöön. Materiaalien tulee olla käyttötarkoitukseen soveltuvia, käyttäjälle turvallisia ja teollisen pesun kestäviä. Vaatteissa voidaan hyödyntää kierrätysmateriaaleja. Hankinta koskee Senaatti-kiinteistöjen ja Puolustuskiinteistöjen valtakunnallista käyttöä. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen: 1. Työvaatteet, puhtauspalveluala 2. Suojavaatteet Kumpaankin osa-alueeseen haetaan yhtä (1) sopimustoimittajaa. Hankinnan arvioitu arvo on 700 000 euroa (0% alv).

Title: Suojavaatteet
Description: Senaatti-kiinteistöissä ja Puolustuskiinteistöissä suojavaatteita käyttävät toimihenkilöt ja työntekijät. Suojavaatteiden suojaavuusvaatimukset määräytyvät työtehtävien mukaan. Hankinnassa suojavaatteet on jaettu liitteessä 3 kolmeen eri mallistoon, työntekijöiden kevyemmät suojaavuusvaatimukset täyttävään mallistoon, erityisiä suojaavuusominaisuuksia sisältävään mallistoon ja toimihenkilöiden mallistoon. Suojavaatteita tulee olla saatavilla liitteen 3 mallistossa eritellyn mukaisesti ESD-materiaalista valmistettuna. Suojavaatteet kuuluvat henkilönsuojaimiin, jotka ovat suojaindirektiivien piirissä ja niiden tulee olla EY-tyyppihyväksyttyjä ja CE-merkittyjä. Tekniset vaatimukset suojavaatteille määritellään standardeissa. Muut henkilönsuojaimet, kuten viiltosuojakäsineet ja turvakengät, rajataan tämän hankinnan ulkopuolelle. Suojavaatteiden osa-alueen vaatteiden ennakoitu arvo on n. 560 000 euroa.
