Additional information: 1. Die prognostizierte Gesamt-Abnahmemenge Strom für alle kommunalen Abnahmestellen (35 SLP-Abnahmestellen, 2 RLM-Abnahmestellen und die kommunale Straßenbeleuchtung) beträgt insgesamt ca. 2,25 Mio. kWh pro Jahr. Es wird ein Mengentoleranzband von +/- 10 Prozent vereinbart. Bei der Stromlieferung für die kommunale Straßenbeleuchtung prognostiziert die Stadt Weißwasser – wie in den Vorjahren – einen geringen stetigen Rückgang der Abnahmemenge aufgrund der kontinuierlichen Umstellung auf energieeffiziente Leuchtmittel. 2. Die prognostizierte Gesamt-Abnahmemenge Erdgas für sieben kommunale SLP-Abnahmestellen beträgt ca. 1,17 Mio. kWh pro Jahr. Es wird ein Mengentoleranzband von +/- 15 Prozent vereinbart. 3. Die Vergabe des Stromliefervertrages bzw. des Erdgasliefervertrages für das Lieferjahr 2027 erfolgt auf Grundlage von Festpreisangeboten der Bieter. Die Festpreisangebote der Bieter für das Lieferjahr 2027 werden zur Vermeidung von Bindefristrisiken während der Angebotsphase bis unmittelbar nach Zuschlagserteilung indiziert. Einzelheiten sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung dargestellt. 4. Die Vergabe des Stromliefervertrages bzw. des Erdgasliefervertrages für die Lieferjahr 2028, 2029 und 2030 erfolgt jeweils im Beschaffungsmodell Terminmarkt Index mit der Beschaffung von börsenhandelstäglichen Tranchen jeweils im gesamten Jahr vor einem Lieferjahr. Das Angebot der Bieter betrifft das Dienstleistungsentgelt als Preisaufschlag für die Strukturierung, Abrechnung und Abwicklung der Stromlieferung bzw. Erdgaslieferung, einschließlich Risikoprämien und eigene Vertriebsmarge des Strom- bzw. Erdgaslieferanten.

Description: Stromlieferung Das ausgeschriebene Stromliefervolumen der Stadt Weißwasser beträgt im Lieferzeitraum 2027 bis 2030 voraussichtlich insgesamt jeweils ca. 2,25 bis 2,22 Mio. kWh pro Jahr: - ca. 35 Abnahmestellen mit Standardlastprofil (SLP) mit ca. 0,47 Mio. kWh pro Jahr - die kommunale Straßenbeleuchtung (SBL) mit - ca. 0,41 Mio. kWh im Jahr 2027 - ca. 0,40 Mio. kWh im Jahr 2028 - ca. 0,39 Mio. kWh im Jahr 2029 - ca. 0,38 Mio. kWh im Jahr 2030. - und zwei Abnahmestellen mit registrierender Leistungsmessung (RLM) „Eisarena“ und „Schwimmhalle“ mit insgesamt ca. 1,37 Mio. kWh pro Jahr. - Straßenbeleuchtung aus derzeit 46 Zählpunkten mit 2.201 Straßenlampen und den dazugehörigen Netz- und Schaltanlagen. Davon wurden bereits 1.678 Straßenlampen auf energiesparende LED-Beleuchtung umgerüstet. Weitere 523 Straßenlampen werden in den nächsten Jahren noch auf LED-Beleuchtung umgerüstet werden. Die Mehrzahl der Leuchtstellen (ca. 60%) werden in der Stadt Weißwasser teilweise in Nachtabsenkung betrieben. Der Gesamtstrombedarf für die Abnahmestellen der Straßenbeleuchtung lag - im Jahr 2023 bei 467.504 kWh, - im Jahr 2024 bei 449.842 kWh und - im Jahr 2025 bei 430.844 kWh.
