Description: Le présent marché a pour objet de définir la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de désenfumage mécanique sur les sites de la Ville de Nancy et du CCAS de la Ville de Nancy. Le lot 4, ayant atteint son maximum, doit être relancé. Ce marché « composite » fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Il correspond pour partie à un marché ordinaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande. La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations suivantes : Maintenance préventive annuelle. La partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande » concerne les prestations suivantes : Maintenance corrective. Le montant maximum de l'accord cadre est de 80.000 euros HT.
