Opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają załączniki do SWZ: 1) Specyfikacja techniczna w zakresie minimalnych parametrów technicznych i funkcjonalności – odpowiednio dla części według załącznika: nr 1A - część I ; nr 1B – część II, nr 1C – część III, nr 1D – część IV oraz nr 1E – część V 2) zapisy zawarte w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy - Załącznik nr 4 – część I-V, 3) oznakowanie pojazdów służbowych KAS - zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Finansów i Gospodarki z dnia 21 stycznia 2026r. w sprawie oznakowania pojazdów służbowych Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej (Dz.U. z 2026, poz. 131) - dotyczy części I i II. wymagane gwarancje: 1) na wszystkie podzespoły: mechaniczne, elektryczne, elektroniczne – obejmującej prawidłowe funkcjonowanie samochodu, wady materiałowe i fabryczne – minimum 24 miesiące. Uwaga! Okres gwarancji wskazany w pkt 1) stanowi jedno z kryteriów oceny ofert. 2) na powłokę lakierniczą – minimum 24 miesiące, 3) na perforację nadwozia - minimum 48 miesięcy. Wszystkie wymagania określone w specyfikacjach funkcjonalno-technicznych pojazdu dla części I -V, stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5) ustawy Pzp. 3. Zamówienie podzielono na pięć części : Część I - samochód osobowy kombi, oznakowany – 5 szt. Część II - samochód osobowy pick-up, oznakowany - 1 szt. Część III - mikrobus osobowo-towarowy - 1 szt.
