1. Numar de zile pana la care operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 19.
2. Termene-limită până la care entitatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţii suplimentare:
- 25 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, pentru solicitarile de clarificari transmise cu minim 34 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor;
- 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, pentru solicitarile de clarificari transmise cu minim 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Description of the procurement
Executie lucrari aferente contractului „BC-CL-02 Reabilitarea aductiunii de la Stejaru la Bacau si extinderea retelelor de distributie a apei si a retelelor de canalizare in Margineni”, incluzând:
- Reabilitare conducte de aductiune de la Stejaru la Bacau cu o lungime de L = 21.453 m, 67 camine de vane;
- Extindere retea de alimentare cu apa in comuna Margineni pe o lungime L = 4.367 m, 9 camine cu vane, 45 hidranti, 126 bransamente);
- 2 statii de pompare apa potabila, de tip booster;
- Extinderea retelei de canalizare cu L = 29.486 m, 1866 de racorduri, 972 camine de vizitare;
- staţii de pompare apa uzata noi si conductele de refulare aferente cu o lungime totala de 6.784 m;
- statii de pompare apa uzata reabilitate si conductele de refulare aferente cu o lungime totala de 297m.
Contractul include:
a) Lucrari de constructie;
b) Furnizare si montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice;
c) Testare si punere in functiune;
d) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Garantie.
Executia lucrarilor si punerea in functiune a instalatiilor – 36 luni
Se va avea in vedere ca executia lucrarilor pentru reabilitarea aductiunii de la Stejaru la Bacau sa se realizeze in primele maximum 24 de luni.
Perioada de Garantie este de 36 luni.
Valoarea estimata a contractului nu include sumele reprezentand "cheltuieli diverse si neprevazute".
