Criterion: Enrolment in a trade register
Description of selection criterion: The tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Criterion: Professional risk indemnity insurance
Description of selection criterion: The insured amount in the tenderer ́s liability insurance is the following: Minimum qualification requirements Liability insurance: The insured amount in the tenderer ́s liability insurance is the following: - A copy of liability insurance is to be enclosed with the tender. Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Good solidity is required. A minimum of the character "satisfactory" within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solidity, cf. Proff Forvalt ranking and/or minimum B3 on the analysis of the Probability of bankruptcy. The contracting authority will check this information, and tenderers shall not provide documentation. If a tenderer is aware that the requirement for financial ability to fulfil the contract cannot be met through credit information as stated above, this can be approved with a parent company guarantee or a bank guarantee or other documentation that the contracting authority can approve.
Criterion: References on specified services
Description of selection criterion: Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Documentation requirement: Provide three references from comparable assignments in the last 5 years. We would like tenderers to provide various types of assignments that cover the contracting authority ́s needs in this contract (not three of the same type). The list must include information about the assignment, value, date and recipient (name of the customer), including the name and e-mail address of a gender neutral preferred at least two of these. References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document the relevance of the assignment. Tenderers who are newly established or for other reasons cannot present references, must give an explanation of the shortcoming and substantiate that they have the prerequisites required to carry out the contract.
Criterion: Certificates by independent bodies about quality assurance standards
Description of selection criterion: Can tenderers submit certificates issued by independent bodies that document that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards, including universal design requirements? Minimum qualification requirements Environmental management: Tenderers shall have implemented procedures and work processes that ensure low environmental impact when carrying out assignments under the framework agreement. The procedures shall i.a. include handling and sorting waste, transport and other environmental conditions that are relevant for the service. Documentation shall be certification in accordance with ISO 14001, Eco-lighthouse programme or equivalent environmental management system. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has implemented and well-functioning environmental management routines. The account shall have a maximum of 2 A4 pages. The equivalent would have changed the wording of Quality Management so that the two qualification requirements fit together better: The tenderer shall have procedures that ensure good quality when performing the delivery. A description shall be provided of the company's quality assurance/quality work. If routines are described in the company's quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent third party verified systems, a valid certificate must be presented.
