Description: Contratación del servicio de teleasistencia domiciliaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia, destinado a proporcionar atención permanente a personas usuarias, las 24 horas del día y los 365 días del año, mediante dispositivos de teleasistencia y servicios asociados de atención, seguimiento, mantenimiento, instalación, gestión de incidencias y movilización de recursos ante situaciones de emergencia. La prestación se realizará sobre un máximo previsto de 12.000 personas usuarias de teleasistencia, con implantación progresiva durante la anualidad 2026 y mantenimiento del servicio durante 2027, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los pliegos. No procede la división en lotes.
