Bestuurssecretaresses zijn in de vorige Raamovereenkomst niet meegenomen, deze worden nu wel meegenomen in de uitvraag. De looptijd was 4 jaar. De huidige Raamovereenkomst loopt af op 1 mei 2025, deze zijn verlengd tot 1 oktober. De provincie Zuid-Holland heeft besloten om de inhuur van personeel Europees aan te besteden. De nieuwe Raamovereenkomst moet per 1 oktober 2025 ingaan.
