Description: Nos termos da Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 132/2023, de 25 de outubro, e tendo em conta a natureza da prestação de serviços de limpeza e higiene urbana objeto do presente contrato, o adjudicatário obriga-se a: a) Utilizar produtos produzidos em conformidade com requisitos de rótulos ecológicos ou outros rótulos ambientais tipo I (ISO 14024) equivalentes, nacionais ou regionais (por exemplo o Rótulo Ecológico da UE), ou equivalente; b) Proceder à recolha e assegurar o destino adequado aos resíduos produzidos e/ou recolhidos no decurso da prestação de serviços; c) Realizar um mínimo de uma ação de formação e sensibilização dos seus trabalhadores, por ano, sobre boas práticas ambientais.
