Justification for the accelerated procedure: El sistema ERP SAP S/4HANA constituye una plataforma esencial para la gestión económico-financiera y administrativa del CCS y soporta procesos críticos para el normal funcionamiento de la entidad. El contrato actualmente vigente finaliza el 31 de diciembre de 2026 y resulta necesario garantizar la continuidad del servicio y disponer de tiempo suficiente para realizar, en caso de cambio de adjudicatario, la transición y transferencia de conocimiento. Por ello, se ha declarado la tramitación urgente del expediente, de conformidad con el artículo 119 de la LCSP, a fin de acelerar su adjudicación y posibilitar el inicio del nuevo contrato en el momento requerido.
