Description: Gegenstand und Ziel der Markterkundung: Die Kliniken Ostalb erwägt die Beschaffung einer standortübergreifenden Gesamtlösung zur Digitalisierung, Verwaltung, revisionssicheren Archivierung und qualifizierten elektronischen Bewahrung medizinischer Dokumente sowie zur interoperablen Bereitstellung von Dokumenten und strukturierten Gesundheitsdaten. Ziel dieser Markterkundung gemäß § 28 VgV ist es, transparent und diskriminierungsfrei zu prüfen, inwieweit der Markt die geforderte Kombination aus fachlichen, technischen und regulatorischen Eigenschaften bereits heute als marktverfügbares Gesamtsystem vollumfänglich bereitstellen kann [VgV § 28]. Geeignete Marktteilnehmer werden aufgefordert, die Erfüllung dieser Anforderungen anhand des beigefügten Kriterienkatalogs strukturiert darzulegen. Die Ergebnisse dienen den Kliniken Ostalb zur fundierten Vorbereitung des eventuell nachfolgenden Beschaffungsvorhabens sowie zur Festlegung der sachgerechten und rechtssicheren Verfahrensart [VgV § 28]. Zum Auftraggeber: Die Kliniken Ostalb betreiben einen Klinikverbund mit rund 800 Betten und mehr als 3.000 Mitarbeitenden. Jährlich werden rund 50.000 Patientinnen und Patienten stationär und rund 100.000 ambulant behandelt. Als Klinikinformationssystem wird an den drei Standorten CGM MEDICO eingesetzt. Die zentrale IT-Abteilung und das Rechenzentrum befinden sich am Standort Mutlangen. Für die Markterkundung wird orientierend von ca. 42.700 stationären Fällen pro Behandlungsjahr und einem Digitalisierungsvolumen von ca. 2,65 Mio. Papierseiten pro Jahr ausgegangen.
