Description: L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura, il trasporto e la posa in opera di arredi didattici innovativi destinati alle nuove sedi di asili nido comunali site nei 4 Comuni consociati che hanno partecipato in forma aggregata all’Avviso pubblico del MIM del 3 febbraio u.s. ubicate presso i luoghi di esecuzione riportati al paragrafo precedente. Per quanto articolata su 5 differenti layout, la fornitura costituisce a tutti gli effetti di legge un unico lotto, i cui elementi sono indicati negli elaborati progettuali.Gli arredi offerti devono essere realizzati in modo da non costituire pericolo per l’incolumità e la salute dei fruitori della struttura a cui sono destinati. Essi devono pertanto essere fabbricati con materiali di prima qualità e a perfetta regola d’arte nel rispetto delle leggi italiane e delle normative vigenti nella Comunità Europea.La fornitura degli arredi offerti dovrà garantire la riduzione dell’impatto ambientale attraverso il rispetto dei criteri ambientali minimi di cui al Decreto Ministeriale 23 giugno 2022 e del principio Do No Significant Harm (DNSH), assicurando che i prodotti non arrechino danno significativo all’ambiente lungo l’intero ciclo di vita. Gli arredi devono essere realizzati con materiali sostenibili, processi produttivi a basse emissioni e soluzioni che favoriscano la durabilità, la riparabilità e la disponibilità di parti di ricambio, in coerenza con gli obiettivi ambientali del finanziamento.Per una descrizione esaustiva dell’oggetto e delle caratteristiche generali delle forniture da evadere, nonché delle modalità operative di trasporto, assemblaggio e posa in opera delle medesime, si fa espresso rinvio alla Relazione Generale (cfr. All. A), alla relazione CAM (cfr. All. B) ed al Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto (cfr. All. C).
