Description of selection criterion: Referentielijst, portfolio (max. 3) De referenties worden in aanmerking genomen indien deze je eigen ontwerpervaring als kandidaat aantonen. Ook ontwerpen die je maakte bij een ander bureau of werkgever mogen worden gebuikt op voorwaarde dat je zelf een ontwerpende rol had. Je licht je rol als ontwerper toe bij elk van de referenties. Om deze referentieprojecten te gebruiken is geen beroep van draagkracht van het andere bureau of werkgever noodzakelijk Beroep op de draagkracht is enkel noodzakelijk indien je als bureau of tijdelijk maatschap geen ontwerpende rol had in het project. Minimumeisen: Maximum drie relevantie referentieprojecten die opgeleverd zijn na 01/01/2022 waarvan minimum 1 voor een sociale woonmaatschappij. De kandidaat licht toe waarom hij de referenties als relevant naar voren schuift. Bij elke referentie wordt minimum het volgende vermeld: - datum omgevingsvergunningsaanvraag - raming - gunningsbedrag - uiteindelijke bouwbedrag bij voorlopige oplevering, aangevuld met een verklaring van eventueel grote wijzigingen
