Timișoara, perioada anul I - anul IV Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este în a 20-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
