Niveau(x) minimal(aux): Le soumissionnaire apportera la preuve qu'il a déjà réalisé des interventions sur des auto-échelles et superstructures d'élévation de marque identique ou présentant des caractéristiques techniques équivalentes, ou, à défaut, démontrera par tout moyen qu'il possède les compétences, les équipements et la documentation nécessaires à l'exécution du marché (description des qualifications et de l'expérience des techniciens affectés au marché, description des moyens matériels disponibles, description du système d'approvisionnement en pièces de rechange, ...).
