Description of selection criterion: Nachweis der Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung (Mit dem Angebot; Mittels Eigenerklärung): Nachweis des Bestehens einer Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung über mindestens 3 Mio. EUR für Personen- und Sachschäden sowie mindestens 1,5 Mio. EUR für daraus resultierende Vermögensschäden. Die Ersatzleistung der Versicherung muss mindestens das Zweifache der o.g. Deckungssummen pro Jahr betragen. Der Nachweis bzw. die Erklärung darf nicht älter als 6 Monate sein und muss der Bewerbung beigelegt werden. Bewerbergemeinschaften müssen einen entsprechenden Nachweis bzw. eine Erklärung für die Bewerbergemeinschaft oder für jedes Mitglied der Bewerbergemeinschaft vorlegen. Eine projektbezogene Aufstockung der bestehenden Unternehmenshaftpflichtversicherung im Auftragsfall wird akzeptiert, ist jedoch mittels schriftlicher Versicherungsbestätigung mit den Bewerbungsunterlagen vorzulegen.
