Information about review deadlines: Für die Einleitung eines Nachprüfungsverfahrens vor der Vergabekammer müssen die Fristen des *§ 160 GWB* beachtet werden. Die Vergabestelle weist ausdrücklich auf die Rügeobliegenheit sowie die Präklusionsregeln des § 160 Abs. 3 S. 1 Teil 4, Kap. 1, Abschn. 2 GWB hin.
