Title: Siivouskoneet ja tekstiilienkäsittelylaitteet
Description: Numera yhteishankintapalvelut (Numera Palvelut Oy) pyytää tarjoustanne ammattimaiseen käyttöön soveltuvista siivouskoneista ja tekstiilienkäsittelylaitteista tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaan. Lisäksi hankinta sisältää optiona leasing-rahoituksella hankittavat siivouskoneet ja tekstiilienkäsittelylaitteet sekä takuuajan jälkeiset huoltopalvelut ja pyykinpesukoneiden ja kuivausrumpujen asennuspalvelu. Hankinta sisältää erilaiset ostettavat lattianhoitokoneet, yhdistelmäkoneet, imurit, laitoskäyttöön tarkoitetut pyykinpesukoneet ja kuivausrummut. Myös robottisiivouskoneita voi hankkia kilpailutuksen myötä syntyvällä sopimuksella. Hankinta on jaettu osakokonaisuuksiin seuraavasti: Osakokonaisuus 1: Siivouskoneet ja tekstiilienkäsittelylaitteet / Uusimaa Osakokonaisuus 2: Siivouskoneet ja tekstiilienkäsittelylaitteet / Muu Suomi Kilpailutus suoritetaan avoimella menettelyllä, jonka perusteella puitejärjestelyyn valitaan enintään kolme (3) eniten pisteitä saanutta sopimustoimittajaa osakokonaisuuksittain. Tarjoaja voi antaa tarjouksen joko yhteen tai kumpaankin osakokonaisuuteen. Kilpailutuksen valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus hinnan painoarvon ollessa 80 % ja laadun painoarvon ollessa 20 %. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen neljä (4) vuotta. Sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan hankintapäätöksen saatua lainvoiman tai markkinaoikeuden annettua sopimukselle täytäntöönpanoluvan. Sopimuksen irtisanomisaika on molempien sopijapuolten ja hankintaan sitoutuneiden Numera Palvelut Oy:n asiakasyhteisöjen osalta kuusi (6) kuukautta määräaikaisuudesta huolimatta. Tavoitteena on, että sopimuskausi alkaa 1.1.2027 (arvio). Sopimukseen liittyvät yhteisöt siirtyvät tehtävän sopimuksen piiriin nykyisten sopimustensa päättymisen jälkeen. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Rinnakkaisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksellaan kaikkiin tarjouspyynnössä esitettyihin ehtoihin. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus tarkistaa tarjoajan tarjousasiakirjoissa antamat tiedot ennen hankintapäätöksen tekemistä. Mikäli annetut tiedot eivät pidä paikkansa, tarjous hylätään. HUOM!
